What attracted you to become a Wedding Planner and what is your favorite part of the planning process?
Wedding and event planning is the most satisfying process. It takes organization, artistry, logistical know-how, and most importantly, a strong understanding of people and what they want and need. It is this process that most attracted me to the field but my favorite part is taking so many small ideas and turning them into a reality. It is a joy to see our client's excitement on their big day and to know that we were a source of comfort and stability through the planning process.
What advice would you offer someone considering to become a Wedding Planner?
Put yourself in everyone's shoes. Being a great wedding planner is so much more than organizing or being helpful on the day of. You want to anticipate the needs of your client and your fellow professionals so everyone has the support and resources they need. But also carry a well stocked emergency kit!
